    For breakfast...I like them with Chorizo, Egg, Beans, Cheese, Potato and Bacon...with a little Ranchero Sauce to top it all off.

    In Sacramento, we have Tako Korean BBQ. Their Dae Ji Bulgogi (spicy marinated pork) tacos are to die for.
    Come to think of it, all of their tacos, which have Korean meats in a hard, corn, tortilla shell, are incredible !

    One of the single tastiest things I have ever eaten were the Ahi Tuna Tacos (tapas) at Fluer in the Mandalay Bay (Las Vegas). It was a small hard corn tortilla shell and inside was sushi grade ahi tuna, a wasabi cilantro creme sauce, some sort of soy and ginger slaw and a touch of jalepeno. It sounds so simple, but somehow the execution was perfection.

    I've eaten at a lot of really great places but those were exeptionally memorable.
