Your stomach never physically shrinks. Your hormone levels will change which makes you feel full faster, this may take a matter of days for some people but it could take a couple of weeks. Keep on eating the appropriate amount of calories and filling foods and the hunger should be minimal.

Depends on whether you fry it or boil it. Boiled tofu taste awfully bland, but when you marinate and fry it..it tastes delicious.

Cheat days always ending up in a cycle of binges for me. I try and keep to my calorie limit even if its a special occasion. This is only in my case though, for others cheat days are fine and only reduce weight loss in that week by a small amount

Put the TDEE-20% into your calorie goal field. You need to readjust this number for every 2kg(5lbs) you lose though.

The scale is only a liar if broken. The scale tell you your relationship between your mass and the gravity of the earth nothing more, nothing less. If your want to lose fat or gain muscle it is a useful ally in this mission and I would definitely not recommend throwing it away. Only calories matter and if your eating the…

I know your joking but things like milk is mainly water so should count towards it. Mayonnaise is of course like 80% vegetable oil(unless your get the very low calories one which is presumably 50%+ water).

Yes. Many fruit are very high in calories..its pure sugar. You need to track it.

Macro is short for macro-nutrient on this site it refers to; Carbohydrates, fat and protein.

I eat my exercise calories back per day because I don't want to take the chance of losing large amount of lean body mass. If I did I would probably look like a flabby mess.

I don't really have 'cheat' days because no foods are 'cheats' for me. I only have days when I fail to stay under my calories..in which I'm 'cheating' myself out of fat loss for that day.

Artificial no calorie sweeteners allow me to drink my five cups of coffee a day. I bloody love aspartame.

Water does have a taste because of the various mineral content. I personally don't mind the taste of water that much, but I would much prefer the taste of a diet fizzy drink or coffee.
