Lisah, That is a cool challenge. Glad you got to keep your dollar this week too. :) Is the 75 all to be done at once or can you spread it out throughout the day? 250 sounds scary. Congrats on winning the first two challenges. That is incredible. Way to go.

I am not an expert in any way, but speaking from experience, I think your goals are more personal. For me, I want to lose weight, get toned, and be lean. I want to be healthy and have more energy. I don't want diabetes, high blood pressure, or breathing problems. So, I want to lose up to 2 lbs. a week, do 6 workouts a week…

Melody, Soreness is kind of a good thing as long as it's not too too bad. I find that working out again helps with working out the soreness and stretches out the sore muscles. :)
