:smokin: CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THOSE THAT MADE THEIR GOALS!! :smokin: Just L@@K at all that green and yellow.
-
I came in *just* short of making goal. :bummer: But my best friend was visiting from Texas so it was relaxing and we ate well with a load of fruit and salad for meals with meat. I put in another 13.28 miles, including getting on the exercise bike for 2.5 miles. July 1-20 total miles is sitting at 62.2. I'm hoping to get…

Well, the first half of July has been fantastic! July 1-13 I have a whopping total of 48.92 miles and am pretty pleased with myself. How has your July been treating you?
-
Yesterday I added just over 6 miles and did another 7 today. I'm at 34 miles for the week, MTD is 47.22 Miles. If I get in at least 2 tomorrow, I'll be at goal by the end of next week!!
-
Another 6.5 miles today. :noway: We're up to 17.50 miles for the week!!
-
Another 2.25 miles today playing mini golf, walking around our little amusement park, and walking to the bar & grill and back for lunch.
-
WOOT!! Today Mr. K and I started our vacation off with a trek around the Arnolds Park up thru Okoboji for a whopping total of 8 miles. We had such a blast except for the gnats, mosquitos, and no seeums. July 1-7 walking total is 21.19 Miles.

Congratulations everyone for participating and moving your @$s For July, I want to set my goal at 65 miles walking. Thanks to all of the mods for putting on the challenges and providing such a wonderful supportive place.

Congratulations to everyone participated in June. Hope to see you in July.

-

And also, logging in for June 1-8, 20.93 all walking miles. The Color Me Rad 5K in Sioux City was a blast yesterday. I had an awesome time. I walked from the hotel to the event, then back. A total of 4.12 miles in 1:17:07. I would have been quicker, but it was punctuated by a massive wipe out on an extremely uneven…

OMG, Kar! I would have done the same thing.
-
I knew you were joking, Dave.
-
It just occurred to me that I haven't update my miles. Jan 1-6-- 7.77 Miles
-
It's probably because I walk most of the time with little bursts of speed. I haven't run in ages, more than 10 years, so I think my body would revolt. :noway:
-
Sunday is the Color Me Rad benefitting the Boys Club of Sioux City, I'm super excited! This will be my second 5K. As my dh pointed out, I've been slacking quite a bit so I'm not sure where I'll turn out time wise but I know longer than 30 minutes and shorter than 90. And in a NSV, I planked for 63 seconds!!
-
When I was looking at the spreadsheet, and isn't it interesting when you're watching live updating, I noticed there are quite a few people in a group at fitbit.com. Anyone mind if I join & sending me the link?
-
Thanks Dave and all of the mods for the hard work and congratulations to everyone who participated in the month of May. I was reminded that I neglected to add my miles for paddling around the pond, so I have an additional 3.14 miles for a new May total of 81.63 Miles.
-
I would like to sign up for 60 miles for June. And I started off the day with 2 miles.
-
I'm such an over achiever! My May total mileage is 78.49!
-
GOAL!!!! And still going strong to finish out the week. All walking miles, but I can *see* the bike under all of the furniture. We're on the home stretch to get the bathroom finished with the plumber coming today and the electrician tomorrow or Friday (fingers crossed & positive thoughts). May 1-25 Miles: 59.16…

Honey Crisp were $5.99 a pound went I went to the market last night, and they were small & crappy looking. Along with several things others have listed, my most missed is avocado ($2.50 each) and limes ($2). Meat is ridiculously expensive. I found boneless, skinless chicken breasts for $1.98 a pound and I snapped up 10#…

First off, CONGRATULATIONS AND GOOD LUCK. :drinker: As the proud momma of two Airmen (since 2008), I can tell you that August in SA is pretty miserable for the parents. Both of my boys said they didn't notice the heat much until they were allowed back in the AC. My eldest son's recruiter suggested a website for a…

I am doing the Color Run in July, but walking not running. I'm too old and beat up. :drinker: Good Luck on your marathon.
