I do not track my coffee at all, mainly because I drink at least a pot a day. Unless I have a leaded latte, but most of them are unleaded (fat-free, sugar-free) so I…

I'm off to a great start. Did the Paint Spencer Pink 5K yesterday, 50 minutes walking with a friend who just had a double mastectomy in September. We had to stop and rest several times so she could catch her breath, including one stop at a C-store for a Dr. Pepper. It was a great time even with the 40° temp and rain.…

HI! My name is Libi, 42 almost 43. That is all. In this burg I moved to, I'm identified as DH's wife or kids' mom. And whilst I'm extremely proud of that fact. Somewhere *I* got lost between meeting my hubs, having kids, and then grandkids, I was me first and it is taking the hubs some time to get used to me finding me…
@Mandy'smom - Why is it that 10 miles on a stationary bike feels like 25 miles on a regular ride? I'm not saying, I'm just saying. :-)
I have *NO* idea but it surly feels long. Not to mention, my backside gets pretty sore on a regular bike vs stationary and I'm not sure why..

I'm 5'3" (f) and my doctor wants me to hit a range of 155-165, even though the charts say anywhere from 111 to 147.

I've lost an elephant penis. Or my husband's 6 months old English Retriever puppy *AND* a Chihuahua.

judychicken: How do you like your Flex? I've been thinking about upgrading from my One but worry about placing it on my wrist since I talk with my hands. A lot.

I am down 58 and have another 40 odd to go. Please feel free to add me. The best advice I can give you is this: -Just take it slow. -Make sustainable changes. Start with one less Coke a day, a little less cream in your coffee, baked instead of fried, add a salad one day a week. -Log your food and excercise AND BE HONEST…

Also, I've nudge @ShannonBohl into updating her miles. What's a little friendly sibling rivalry from different sides of the globe right? Happy Friday the 13th.

Thanks Dave!! Although I feel like I should get a nudge in a limish-green because I exceeded my original goal and bumped it up by 400%.
