Hi! Yes i did this a couple weeks back for the first time and it turned out delicious! Use a spoon to scrape out the cap add sauce, toppings and cheese pop it in the oven at about 350 for 10 min or so and it is ssooo good.

My husband eats meat and I dont so I always have to cook slightly different entrees and all sides are the same. Welcome!! Walking will be good for both you and your wife. Try to do 30 min and work up to 45min and an hour walk. Its great for you both. Tracking is key!
