  • Maybe its not healthy for you to be doing the whole video in the first place. Start with smaller goals like get through 15 minutes, then the next time you do it go for 20 minutes things like that. If you haven't exercised in a while chances are you are not in good enough shape to finisha whole work out video.

  • Alot of times you will feel hungry if you aren't getting enough protein in your diet, if you are losing weight it mroe than likely isn't that your metabolism is going up unless you are working out a great deal. Try to get some extra lean protein in.
