If you put lemons, limes, cucumbers, or raspberries in a pitcher of water and then place it in the fridge the flavor of the fruit or veggie in the case of the cucumber will infuse into your water giving you that flavor you are lacking but without adding unwanted artificial ingredients or calories.

Same thing here, I am just trying to keep myself motivated and I am sure that it annoys the crap out of them but oh well. It is not a bad thing to be obsessed with as long as it doesn't cross over into being unhealthy. I say you talk about it all you want just make sure you are making time to listen to whats new with them…
