OMG I HAVE A LOVE AFFAIR WITH MY JUICER!!! I have the Omega Nutrition center and its my favorite appliance! When I'm home, I juice for breakfast. Check out Kris Carr's book "Crazy Sexy Diet". It'sa great read, and a good resource for benefits of juicing. I love my green juice!

Muddle some cucumber in a glass with a little bit o simple syrup, add a shot of HENDRICKS gin (this is important) and shake over ice - put in the glass, and top off with tonic or club soda. It's delicious!!! And you get gin soaked cucumbers at the end!!!

"Crazy Sexy Diet" by Kris Carr <--- here's another great (IMO better) reason to be vegan/veggie. I'm working towards a 70% vegetarian diet. I wont ever completely give meat/dairy up tho. Right now going for 135. I started at 170, and am at 151.8. I want to eventually transition to BMI.. the scale number is just something to get me there... I've been on here for 2 years, and am only recently comfortable logging every little thing I put in my mouth. Go easy on yourself, and realize that it takes a lifetime's worth of conditioning to re-learn how to eat.

Once a week! Monday Morning! keeps my weekend in check, knowing that I have to weigh in on Monday. Works well for motivating me to work out on the weekends too.
