…I forgot to mention… don't keep fresh juiced "juice" in an open container… or really for longer than a day or so in the fridge. It loses nutrients as soon as you juice it. Check out Chris Karr's book: "Crazy Sexy Diet" - it's one of the things that inspired me to start juicing! :)

Woowwww….. OK people are jerks. While I agree, a hard-core cleanse where all you drink is juice is not necessary…. I juice frequently, and often sub my breakfast for some green juice. I agree with the 70 lbs in 5 months… does seem like a lot. they say 1% of your weight per week (so in your case 2.2 lbs) which would give you around 50 lbs by then! You'd be about 165… and I'd say you could wear a bikini and feel pretty OK at that weight! :) And 1000 cals per day for a whole week may screw your metabolism.…

I'm 5'4'' and have been scared of losing much past 145… cuz I've always been a little heavy, and it the number just doesn't seem natural.... It's nice to see someone who looks healthy, and is 110! :) Makes me feel "ok" losing that much weight… if that makes sense.
