I can barely move my arms today after an arm workout with my trainer last night. We did: Tricep dips Side Arm Pushups: http://www.fitsugar.com/Equipment-Necessary-Side-Arm-Push-Ups-3413289 Modified push ups Modified pull ups. And I'm probably missing stuff. But the side arm pushups you can do without equipment.

Running with one arm pumping definitely helped. I'm going to have to change my route for the longer runs, though. I keep hitting steep inclines on the runs and can barely get up them. In fact, I hurt one ankle running on them, so I'm scouting areas that are flatter in my neighborhood while I rest my ankle. I'll have to…

I felt the same way before doing week 4 and I'm feeling the same way looking at week 5. I think I may do another week 4 run though because instead of getting easier, I struggled more with each subsequent run. I think the hills in my neighborhood got steeper or something... :wink: But we should probably just keep pushing…

Finished W4D1 last night and actually managed to run the full 5 minutes both times. Is anyone out there also doing this with a jogging stroller? It's so much easier when I don't have my son with me, but that's not an option the next two weeks. Anyone have any tips for jogging with a stroller as I look at W5D3 in dread?…
