  • I'm 5'7, and I've set my final goal as 144, but once I get below 154, I'm going to see how I look and feel and maybe re-evaluate that goal. I started off at 184, and I'm at 170 now.
  • I love Quorn! It's low fat, not bad on the calories, and very versatile. As a vegetarian for over 25 years, it helps me keep a decent proportion of protein in my diet. I like tofu too, but using them both helps me maintain a nicely varied diet :)

  • Quorn comes in all kinds of easy to use forms. It's high protein and low fat and very versatile to cook with. I'm not sure where you're from. I'm from the UK, and it's available in all major supermarkets. I know it's available in the US, but don't know how widely, or how easy it is to get a hold of.
