  • This!! I know if I wallow when I have off days, I tend to have a cycle of off days where I think to myself "I blew it, may as well just eat what I want." But everyone else is right.....TODAY is TODAY and what happened yesterday is the PAST. Forget it and move forward!

  • You don't HAVE to eat all your calories if you are full. Listen to your body. If it's saying your full, then don't eat.
