I've done weight watcher meany times with varying success. Any plan works is you work it. FOr me MFP is better that WW for tracking adn there is much more support for eating whole/real foods. In addition to YUM, avocados are awesome!!! ....you need dietary fat for your brain to function properly. It is the reason you need to give whole milk to babies, so they have enough fat for their brains to develop properly.
