I occasionally log cleaning house when it ends up being a good workout. Why not take the calories? You burn em, you earn em.
-
What are you trying to accomplish with this stuff? It's not good for you. I'd skip it.

I quit logging if I know I have gone so far over it's ridiculous & I know I am not going to exercise any more that day. The important thing is go just get back on the wagon and begin again. Don't give up!

1) 7Nonny 2) 10 lbs 3) 20 more 3) Get the junk out of the house. If you want an occasional treat have it ~ I go thru the McD drivethru for a cone. If you fall off the wagon, GET BACK ON. Always keep trying. Tomorrow is a new day.

Well, this may sound harsh, (and my kids are grown now), but.....I always tried to serve pretty balanced meals. We usually had some sort of meat, a real salad, and a vegetable and maybe a roll. Casseroles were frequent too with veggies in them (whole not hidden). Dessert was special, maybe a couple nites a week. I really…

I am 57 and just am getting started with MFP. I have done WW at least three times with good results, but I seem to fall off the wagon if I quit going to meetings. I am finding it very difficult to get started this time, but I know I have to do something as this extra weight I am carrying around is getting harder to deal…
