  • Spray fish lightly with PAM on both sides (or use an olive oil diffuser if you're not a PAM fan). On a pie plate, mix 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of Italian style bread crumbs. Dredge fish through cheese mixture. Salt and pepper to taste if desired. Broil for a few minutes each side. My husband hates "diet" food…
