I agree it is the dedication! Wonderful JOB!!!! :) Plus you get a really nice medal after you run the 1/2!!! Now have you thought about a triathalon? I have run 4 1/2 marathons and loved them and I have just started training for my first tri! Great JOB!!!!

Emma I would want to be fat/fit! That is how I feel I am now and I think that is how you are now. Now I am headed to good weight/fit! - I don't want to be skinny I want to be althletic. :) Your doing GREAT!!!! And inspire so many.

I also love my polar heart rate monitor it was about $180.00 but worth the money it is very accurate and it comes with a personal trainer in the watch. Sounds Funny I know but the watch will make sure you stay in your target HR and if you go outside the Target it will warn you will a beep. Good Luck.

I actually have New Balance shoes that were fit to my gait and stability. I do the Susan G Komen 3-Day for the cure. I am on my 3rd pair of 1064's in less than a year. I know the shoes are a perfect fit. I think I may need to go to the DR. I just wanted to make sure I was using the correct form. I have back pain some…
