Exactly. Like ANYTHING else, you have to change your habits in order to change your life. :)

I fully expected to see "you're too thin" comments as well. I think she looks fantastic!

Neat! I love Rolo's, but that would be a DOWNWARD SPIRAL for me. :) I make an unsweetened almond milk smoothie with chocolate PB2. Less than 100 calories and it cuts my sweet want. I also love to drink different fruit teas. Vanilla chai tea is YUMMY! :)

I've heard it takes over three YEARS for your "skinny" mind to catch up. :)

Obviously you don't live in Kansas. They are ridiculous here. I live out in the county and see them on a constant basis. They eat our gardens, scare our animals, and are just plain obnoxious. On an average morning, I will wake up to 25-40 of them in my yard. This makes for a beautiful sunrise, I agree, but they are still…

I'm down!

I currently wear a 24 and I weigh 270. I'm getting married in August. My goal is to wear a wedding dress that isn't bigger than a 16. I'm hoping to be around 170 by then. Fingers crossed! I buy myself cute trinkets every 10 pounds or so. (Depending on the month and circumstances surrounding it) Good luck!

AHH!!! Two of my favorite things EVER!!! :D

Wait, but then are you not judging her? By your logic, you now need to be judged. Where does it end? Is her life REALLY that important to you that you take the time to look through everything she's ever done on MFP? Why judge her? It's silly. I may not agree with what she has said, but I won't make claims about her…

Agreed!

I've tried to like it, I really have... But it should be illegal to purchase in all 50 states. Ugh.

Which version? I have a friend who does this "cleanse" for 10 days, all while eating the cabbage soup (The GM diet, i think?) All I remember about the days is she eats veggies all day one day, fruits all day one day... Bananas and yogurt day.... Chicken and tomatoes day.... Something like that. Anyway, she loves how it…

So, I realize it isn't funny at all, but I might have nervously laughed about your gym blowing up. I hope no one was in there! My fiancé is a LEO and he tells me stories about the different and interesting cases he learns about that happen throughout our state. My LEO also doesn't like the gym... but loovvveeeesss his…

Looooove fresh peanut butter! I forgot about it! :)

Asparagus! I never knew... :) I always made fun of my mom for eating those little horror sticks, but now I can't get enough of them! I'm also digging unsweetened almond milk and pineapples. Oh, and cooked carrots!

I said the same thing. I thought "why, when you're doing so well, would you go back to where you were before?"I lost 70 pounds! I was on fire. Then, one day, I stopped tracking. No real reason, just didn't because I thought I had learned enough. Then I stopped walking as much. Then it was a slippery slope... I gained 40…

I'm getting married next year, on August 2nd. :) Sooooo, I plan to be on my HONEYMOON!!!! Half the size I am now! :D

I do legs by lifting my 7 year old (60 pounds) in the air. It's fun bonding time. :) I've also used her heavy backpack to do random arm movements. :D Just pick stuff up. You'll figure it out. :)

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Haha, have you SEEN Casey's double stuffed cookie? 1,000 calories. WELL WORTH IT IN TASTE. Hahaha.

HEEELLLOOOOOO PREEETTYYYY LADY! :) Congrats! :)

I am 250 lbs, 5'8" and eat 1,200. My doctor suggested it, not the website. 7 months in, I've lost 65 pounds. But hay, maybe my "fuel" will burn out sometime soon... Maybe it's just me. I've just learned that the 800+ calorie cheeseburger doesn't taste as delicious as my 300 calorie bowl of fruit. I'm able to eat MORE now…

64 pounds... STILL wearing the same pants, just not as tight. I am a 24, but I did buy a new pair of 20's that fit me pretty well... :) It might have something to do with me busting out of them when all of this started. My "love" handles love me so much they just don't want to leave.

Unless your child is like mine... then he chases you around with the rope and tries to whip you. FASTEST MILE I EVER RAN.

My 7 year olds alternate between my iPad while I jog. You'll find something that works for you! :) Edit: They play on the iPad while I jog at the track so they don't get bored. Maybe you could involve him that way? Counting laps, being a cheerleader... something. He could race you! He gets to run through the grass and you…

HAHAHA.

HA. I would end up doing obscene things in the background. This is probably why my fiance and I just bought a treadmill and an elliptical... I can't get in trouble this way... :D

1. C25K is a fantastic and FREE program that will help you become a longer distance runner and have some endurance, provided you follow the program. 2. Veggies.... I had to take notes from my 7 year old. She eats them anywhere, anytime. She also wanted to try new fruits and veggies. She had the guts to try it, I figured I…

A million times THIS.

My 5 year old loves doing Hip Hop Abs. CRACKS me up. Could he play on a playground while you did cardio around the playground? That's what I do with my 7 year olds, but they're a little older. I never let them out of my sight though. We have a fairly small park that is off to the side and secluded... no one really goes…
