Your back is tricky. You never want to push because once your back is injured or strained, everything else follows suit. I try not to eat it in bed. It can totally ruin the sheets and the memory foam. I've learned it's much easier to clean up from the kitchen floor or even in the bathtub! If I'm feeling super adventurous, I'll eat it outside for everyone to see!
