HAAAHAHAHAHA I took them for like....2 weeks. All I got was weird raspberry burps. Save your money. Eat better, move more. That's the trick.

2 turkey meatloaf "cupcakes" with mashed sweet potato and sweet/spicy ketchup. Steamed snap peas, and raspberry tea. Yuummmmmm

Not to feed the cliche' machine but : "Weightloss is a marathon. Not a sprint." Everyone above has stated the same thoughts I have. Their "weeks" aren't 7 days. When you're 500lbs, you're gonna lose a s**t ton a week because you're creating a new deficit from your normal 9k/cal diet and shock value. It's REALITY TV! Do not…

I don't get down with people who don't have profile pictures. For some reason, that bothers the **** out of me. Also, I can't handle those self loathing, whiney, "bandwagon riding", "today is a fresh day (everyday)" bull****ters. I've been at this for 2 years. I have a little bit of insight and have been through a lot to…

I recently had one with strawberries, banana, pineapple and toasted coconut with almond milk and ice. Kind of tasted like a banana split smoothie!

I have to give myself the "Trust the process" speech like, 123901823019283 a day. It's been 2 years for me and I still question why I'm doing this and how long it's gonna take for me to be happy. You have to dig deep. You HAVE to have support. You HAVE to realize you didn't gain the weight overnight you won't lose it…

But what if she meets a sk8tr boi? Should she say "See ya later boi."?

This. I tried it at home on the Xbox but the classes provide a completely different feel. I'd say start with the game and branch out. Once you've stepped foot in a class (that you like), you can't look back! You'll start cutting t-shirts, wearing neon and saying crazy things like "Omg, this is SOOO a Zumba shirt..." while…

I've been at this "get fit" game for exactly 2 years now and I'd only lost 40lbs prior to Zumba. I found an awesome class (and friends) at my local YMCA and love every second of every class! I've lost 85# since June 2012 doing nothing but Zumba 3x a week, but recently added some strength training to help with the skin…

I have spine/knee issues and was right there with you. I got frustrated in the beginning because I felt like I was trapped in my own body. I couldn't push it HARD ENOUGH! As everyone here agrees, start slow. The biggest thing is that your heart rate is up. Some days, for me, that was vacuuming. Other days, I could walk 2…

5'8' SW: 325 Size 24/26 Middle: 252 Size 20 Current weight: 198 Size 16 GW: ??? size ?? I have no idea what my "goal" is anymore because I'm 10lbs from where I thought I wanted to be! My goal now is to lose another 30-40lbs, tone up and be comfortable with myself. I started my journey 4/11 but was sidelined with a spinal…

I'm 5'9" and started at 325lbs. I'm currently 198 and am looking to lose another 25 or so with toning! I dunno if I'm considered "tall" but everyone I hang out with says I am. LOL

Hey pretty lady! Fancy meeting a gal like you on a forum like this. *wink wink* But seriously, I'm so proud of you and everything you've accomplished since we started this. It's crazy to think how far you've come and how things have changed both physically and mentally. I couldn't do this without you! :)

7 year olds think naps are lame. They are clearly the inferior beings. LOL Don't sweat it. That kid still has to go through the torture that is puberty.

I'm gonna start logging it as "uni cycling". I don't think that will raise any eyebrows. It seems legit.

I've used Won-Ton wrappers to make mini lasagna in a cupcake tin. They crisp up nicely and are super low carb/calorie.

Yes because it has horrible amounts of sodium (salt). Salt will help you retain water and can really affect your weight loss. Soda is the devil....says the recovering diet coke addict. The best thing you can do for yourself and your journey is to cut it out. :)

At the beginning of my weight loss, my HRM had my resting HR at 80-82. Now I'm between 40-46. I'm 30.

I've had 2 for a ruptured L4 and a bulging L5 and they didn't do much for me. My doctor was a schmuck and told me that it was "hard to place the injection with all my excessive back fat." I told him it was "hard to work out when I couldn't feel my feet and wanted to die everytime I sneezed." LOl The actual process wasn't…

It took me 60lbs to drop a pant size! I totally feel your pain. I didn't start seeing a huge difference until then and I'm still only down 2 pant sizes at 84lbs gone. Even the tape measure hates me. I know it's just a mental issue, but it's so frustrating! Keep trucking girl, it'll happen. :)

I started at (around) 320 and am 225 as of today. My profile pic is my most recent. You can do this! It's taken me a year and some change to get where I am and it's a mental battle every day. It will become second nature, just keep plugging along. Be accountable and don't punish yourself if you slip up. Just move on and…

They all sound a bit too salty for my tastes. They might help you loose wait tho. (Yes.....that's intentional. Calm down grammar Nazis)

I was a very hair child and still a fuzzy adult. I attempted to shave my legs in kindergarten and it ended in a bloody disaster. Sharp objects are for grown folks. If she's really THAT self conscious about it, try one of those buffer pads. They're harmless sandpaper. LOL You're her mother. You decide what's best. But I…

My dinner tonight was a grilled pork chop (george foreman is my best friend) and frozen broccoli with mushrooms with garlic butter sauce. 250 calories and DELICIOUS! I learned how to make hummus (without tahini sauce) and have it with pretzels or in place of mayo on sandwiches. :) You can do it!

I'm an Annette Maire! That's as close as I've seen....

A roller coaster seat with the lap harness. I haven't tried in the last 4 years, but at my heaviest, I was told I couldn't ride a ride because of my spare tire. :/

I wanna go shopping with YOU! LOL I love your sense of style and you look amazing! Keep trucking.

Hey everyone! I really like how this thread/group/awesome collective is set up and I'm jumping on your bandwagon! It's nice to see positivity and intelligence. :) I didn't give myself a number of pounds to lose, I gave myself a rough approximation of a size I'd like to see but the way I have it figured, I needed to lose…
