Sorry....had company from out of town. Current weight: 170.8 so a loss of .2 lbs..... Cardio: 1 point Squats: 1 point Emotional: 1 point 3 points total Sorry this is hurried, laptop is about to die!

A 23 minute walk/run today (had to cut it short due to a thunderstorm!) and squats. Kitchen closed. Didn't exercise the past two days because I've been dealing with sinus problems/dizziness. ugh.

Did my squats today; had hopes of a run but I honestly don't think the heat and humidity are going to decrease enough to let me. :(
