  • I never wear makeup when I work out............... but then again Im married and could care less about the cute boys there. :laugh: Exception being... if I go right after work and have makeup on- I dont specifically "take it off" first. I sweat it off in the first 30 minutes anyway.

  • As a general rule protein keeps me full longer. Greek yogurt, nuts (spicy almonds, roasted soy nuts, sunflower seeds), string cheese, cottage cheese, protein shake, protein bar, apple with PB2.... Fruit rarely keeps me full for more than 30 minutes, so I usually add it to a meal/snack rather than eat it alone for a snack.

  • Since I have my settings at Sedentary to start with, if I plan on cleaning like a mad woman (this happens once a week for me usually) I will log it.
