Well...... I officially want to punch most of you in the face... (only the ones that live where its warm) ;) Its -47 (real temp) here. Most schools and business' are closed because its so cold..... ...Looks like I'm forced to hang with my old friend "dreadmill" again tonight. lol

I am going to take the day off, stand in my closet and try on every single piece of clothing I own....... and love every minute of it.

I personally dont care for Ugg's. They're cute, but the bottoms are slippery! Maybe if you dont live in an area with snow and ice.... I choose not to wear them in summer.............. with shorts and such. I guess I didnt get that memo lol

Well..... in my situation..... my daughter does not have internet on her phone, nor does she have picture messaging. She does not have regular access to a comuter (password protected plus internet nanny), and when she is using the computer I am in the room. As we live in a small town, her friends do not have that many…

Weights- I just lift. No music, no distractions. Running- I either listen to my ipod (if Im outside), watch music videos (If Im on the dreadmill) or gossip with my running buddy (if I have one)

This is why I have all of her friends as friends on my page (I know more about them than she does lol), and occasionally search all of their pages for anything that resembles her (just in case she uses a fake name).............. My poor kid. I was such a wild child..... she will never slide one past me. You cant out fox…

Im open for discussion when she turns 13. If I decide that she's ready, I will set up the page for her, have her password in my possession and monitor her friends and photos at all times. Her profile will be private, and if I ever see an issue in the works, I will yank it away immediately. Similar to her cellphone…

Protein shake prior to running is a BAD idea. Its going be a lump in your stomach, and either give you cramps or at the least slow you down IMO. Thats what it does to me.............. Carbs before a run is best....... I have found oatmeal works best for me. The protein shake should be saved for AFTER your longer runs. Just…

I dont take anything with me (minus the ipod strapped to my arm). I have a key code to get into my car, and never thought a cellphone was a necessity. I have been known to shove a key into my bra, if need be though lol

As an insurance agent, that sees "burst pipe" claims regularly, no its not a good idea to leave your water on.... However, you should definately turn it off, at the main pipe coming into your home IF you dont use the water for extended periods of time. Im doing my first color run in Oct. :drinker: Just a note- tredmill is GREAT.... but if you can get outside and run a few times prior to the "race"... that really helped me in the beginning. Good luck!!
