Oh, Im definately hungrier the next day when I eat more (quantity) the day before. Or, even if I have a large lunch..... I will be hungrier later. Whereas, If I have small snacky meals all day, I could almost skip a meal and not notice.

Nope. He guesses now and again for the purpose of making a point... (i.e. when he was setting up my snowmobile and said theres no way I weigh any more than 120lbs :love: ) If it looks good- who cares about the number on the scale. WE shouldnt even care- why should THEY???

Im about 135, but I dont watch the scale anymore at this point. Im working on toning- and as long as Im toned I could weigh 250 and I would be ok with it. :smile:

I use Stevia all the time. I get the packets (which are handy) from swanson.com & by the bag, for baking, at my local grocery store.

Couch to 5k is great..... and when you you get the basics down, I would move over to Hal Higdon's program for improving. Get fitted for shoes! We can all recommend the brand that works for us- but you are not US. Bottom line is we all have very different feet and running styles- your best bet is to be fitted.

I always have a protein shake within 15 minutes AFTER my workout. They say this helps repair muscle, and it takes away some of the soreness after. (this is true) I would say if your low on protein and working out, then I would say yes it is a good idea to mix in a protein shake. Good luck!

LOL YES- ME! I usually eat around 2000 on my workout days. I, personally, couldnt survive on 1200 calories even if I slept all day (per my dr)

Im at my desk for 8-10 hours a day, too, so I make sure to work out BEFORE work. If that doesnt work for you- I sometimes lift my rear a couple of inches off my chair and hold it for as long as I can. (think squat) Or if your able- grab a bottle of water (or dumbell if you have access) and do some tricep extensions when no…
