Standing up in the same wedding.
-
Congrats on that awesome loss!!
-
Welcome to the club lol I have plenty of both though..... As long as hubby is happy Im happy

I have been told that ALDI is big on heavy added hormones in their meat and dairy...... I will not set foot in there anymore..... I used to love their produce and fresh flowers, but I swear it is a freak show in there every time I go. And their debit card machines are junk and usually dont work, which is fun :noway:…
-
I work out first thing in the morning and that gives me a ton of energy.....
-
Thats why I said USUALLY. As a vegetarian that works 60+ hours a week (with a 20 minute drive each way every day) and a mother/wife with a house to maintain- I do the best I can with what I have. I live by 80/20- I would say about 80% of the food I eat is unprocessed and 20% is the healthiest version of "processed"…
-
I USUALLY eat clean by my definition............ Which is- *no processed foods *no chemicals *minimal sugar *organics when available So basically if it wasnt an option 200 years ago- dont eat it  And WINE was available 200 years ago so Im set!

ME! My daughter and I are running the Turkey Trot (5k).
-
1. makes the booty less "grande"/ calorie burn 2. stress relief 3. gives me energy through the day 4. because a team of dr's once told me that I'd be lucky to walk, and that I should accept that Ill never run again... 5. because I CAN
-
IN MY OPINION: The more you work out the more you will need to eat.... Maybe its about WHAT your eating at this point? Are you using your calories wisely? Protein and fiber typically keep me full, where sugar will make me hungry in 20 minutes.
-
YES! I was running on the treadmill........one quiet night.............when creeper of the year drags the "weight bench" and all that goes with it, from the completely opposite side of the gym to immediately next to me...... Then proceeds to groan and howl while bench pressing a less than impressive amount of weight. Keep…

I eat before and after- protein both times. As far as how long before- sometimes I'll eat 10 minutes before all the way to an hour. And after- I have a protein shake typically within 30 minutes after I work out.
-
I'll eat what I want, within reason but I wont log it for that day. Wine will be my only over the top fun that day.
-
First of all- I can count all of my ribs- but its not because Im too skinny- I just have a big rib cage...... Weight looks different on everyone so I dont think we can really judge others goals without knowing the specifics? Maybe the picture really looks good, but its not showing the hips that their trying to slim…

Ahhh 50lbs isnt that much........ I was 118 the day I got preggers and 201 the day I gave birth LOL Yikes........ Thats a LOT. Congrats on the new baby
-
Based on what you said- it doesnt sound like your "too skinny". I've had people say this to me too- and I've learned to brush it off. Sometimes thats is a persons way of "complimenting you", and sometimes its meant to take away from your success and make them feel better. Congrats on your success! :o)
-
Congrats- you look great! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
-
^^ I LOVE this. Sounds like my Black Friday too :o)
-
Nope- its not any better. I went a couple of years and that was PLENTY. I would rather pay 50% more than deal with that EVER again! Ok..... 100% more would be acceptable..... Women on a mission are NUTS- There was a stampede that overtook a greeter at the local Menards last year.......... I mean really???
-
LOL I've been there ;o) Good job giving that brownie the boot!
-
I DID........... I gave it to my parents because I found it to be awkward........... This was years ago so Im sure they have improved since then, but it was woobly and I personally didnt feel like I was getting the calorie burn that I get elsewhere. Not sure if that helps lol- Good luck!
-
You dont even turn them inside out occasionally??? lol ;o)
-
Red wines are actually good for you (in moderation). I like Pinot Noir and that is one of the best for you- from what I'ven been told. Honestly I would likely still drink it even if it were bad for me lol
-
Hot chocolate with Baileys or Southern Comfort old fashioned sours............... those are always in season ;o)
-
Pinot Noir......................
-
Well- I want to not blow the button off of my 4's when TOM strolls into town anymore........... lol
-
here here! I've been a vegetarian since I was 6- my family finally accepted it when I was about 10 lol. I simply dont care to eat meat- never liked the texture/ flavor or the thought that it was the flesh of an animal- yuck. Not that I have anything against those who choose to eat it, I just dont do it myself. My husband…
