Greek yogurt is good..... protein bars come in more varieties to keep it interesting... Or- you can make things with cottage cheese and protein powder. Like for example, pancakes or waffles- and they are GOOD. And I agree- GOOD fats are a good thing in moderation..... you NEED fat.

Im 5'7 and currently wear a 4/5 long/tall depending on the cut. I have a Booty.......... and hubby says I cant lose it. I would like to be a loose 4 ultimately.............. but with my bone structure (after a 10lb baby) I dont know how much smaller the old hips will get....... lol

Absolutely NOT. If anything it is a REASON to do well in life. In fact, it is MY reason for exceeding what is expected of me on a daily basis. YAY- specifically speaking I love my Polar FT4. It gives me an accurate read so I can eat accordingly and it also gives me motivation to push harder. I look forward to seeing how many calories I can burn so it almost makes working out a little "fun" for me.

MSM is a supplement (google it) that is used for joint health all the way to melasma & allergies. It is supposed to be pretty amazing- I am actually surprised that no one knows what it is . Hmmmm Maybe I have stumbled onto something here..... haha
