  • This is really impressive! I read about other people doing the same idea but seeing your photos and the visible difference the weight loss has had on your appearance has motivated me to start doing monthly photos. You are looking great and I love how the selfie poses are developing too!

  • I'm in! This is what I have started working towards and is around my target date as well. Add me for support.
  • I have a freezer full of bananas, peeled and halved. I blend a whole banana (I half them so the blender can handle it) with 100-150g of frozen berries. I add about 1/4c (or less) of almond milk to help it mix. Sometimes I also add a scoop of protein powder. It is a lot like ice cream.
