Whenever I decide to "get back on the wagon" I usually weigh myself right before bedtime. I always weigh the least right when I wake up in the morning so being able to have a guaranteed loss on my 2nd weigh in is always a moral booster for me. Silly but it helps me anyway.

I usually have my vegan chocolate shakeology mixed with coffee. I just use a shaker bottle with the ball in it and I haven't had any clumping. Sometimes I add pumpkin pie spice to it as well. It's been great on these cold mornings.

Ranch dressing! We have little to-go containers for dressing, I would take 1 or 2 of them to eat with my grilled cheese and fries or chicken strips and fries.
