Games/competition are really helpful for me. I have a fitbit so the competitions can usually convince me to walk/march in place while watching TV at night. I know they're dorky but I really like Pokemon Go and the Ingress apps, they actually get me out and walking around. It pushes me to jog a little even because it's so…

Meal prep is key for me. Honestly I've slipped up big time recently and I'm trying to get back on track. In the past I have made up a large batch of different crock pot meals and freeze them in gallon zip locks. They are much healthier than fast food and I just need to watch portions. It's helpful as a single mom because…

I have the Fitbit Charge and it doesn't usually count steps if I'm pushing a cart. I just put my fitbit in my pocket and it seems to be pretty accurate.

I had Implanon from 2012-2015 and then in 2015 had the Nexplanon inserted. I had my gall bladder removed in 2013. I've lost over 60 lbs and the only side effect I deal with is that my PMS seems worse but my period is lighter and shorter so I'll take it.

My favorite is Chick fil A. I get 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets with two containers of the buffalo sauce and a large fruit cup. That's 300 calories.

I forgot all about those things! That could work for a while!

I just have a terrible time with motivation at home. I just won't do it or I'll give it half effort or quit early. If I get to the gym I can convince myself to work out hard. If I can get to one of the parks around my house I'll run/walk the whole path.

I like the idea of being able to lock up a teenager's cell phone or game system controller when they're grounded but my kids are little so I've got some time before I have to worry about that!

I shop almost exclusively at Aldi's! I love everything and you can't beat the prices. They usually have great produce for really cheap as well.

I really liked spray Dove deodorant when I first started and was having issues.

It's worth it for me. I can't let that annoying girl from work get more steps than me. I'll walk circles around my kitchen island if I have to. It's also been nice to track sleep.

Yes! I was a discount coach for a while but have had to stop due to my divorce and whatnot. My coach has been amazing and is still supporting and helping me even though I'm no longer working under her or buying the shakeo (which I love but admit is pricey). My coach is such a great person and will let anyone in her support…

This looks really good! I have no motivation due to a sinus thing I'm fending off. I'm just curled up in my chair and cannot make myself move at all.

That's going to depend on what you have your activity level set at. If you have it set to sedentary that seems about right.

I really like the Swanson Chinese Hot & Sour infused broth.

Funny thing is I'm pretty sure every girl has at least considered doing that at some point...

Are you wearing it on your dominant arm?

I don't think there's anything wrong with Shakeology, I love it. It's not magically by any means but I like it. I have Vegan Chocolate and mix it with coffee which is why I didn't comment with any ideas. Check the beachbody website or pinterest and you'll find a ton of ideas. The only thing I've heard against Shakeology is…

I emailed them last Saturday about my Charge band coming apart. They asked for photos and by Wednesday they sent an email saying they had shipped the new one and I should be getting it on Monday. They told me to recycle the old fitbit once I get the new one.

Anyone else awkwardly doing jumping jacks in the bathroom so your coworkers don't think you're crazy?

When I was pregnant I set my goal as "maintain weight" then I would add daily pregnancy as a food. 1st trimester gives you 100 extra calories, 2nd gives you 300 and 3rd gives you 400.

When I was working overnights I switched my meals to be titled to times rather than a meal title. "0000-0400, 0400-0800 etc" Then I just put the food in the time period it was eaten.

It might be helpful if you make your food diary public. I agree with pp vegetables really help me stay within my calorie goal.

I'm going to look it up but what exactly does flexible dieting mean?

[quote= Today's combination is spinach, carrots, banana, blueberries, orange juice, plain, no-fat greek yogurt (my next container was in the freezer, so had to take it out and use the tillamook this morning), mango, and kiwi (most all organic, if that matters to anyone besides me). I eat/drink all of it, unless my daughter…

I couldn't find my fitbit after taking a bath last night. I found it this morning because I heard the silent alarm buzzing! Good thing I did because my 3 year old had thrown it in the trash!

This! The crock pot is a life saver for me, I usually convince myself that after work there is no time to cook dinner so I should get fast food. If I put stuff in the crock pot I don't have that excuse because the food is cooked and ready at home waiting for me. The leftovers are lunches!
