I started wearing a fitbit today (YAY) and I loved it for about 2 hours. And then I noticed something... I racked up 200 steps without leaving my chair. I work in an office and use my arms way more than my legs, so I'm getting false positives. Is there any way to prevent this without taking it off? Or does the app know that this happens and adjust accordingly?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Are you sure you're looking at the steps and not the calorie burn? You do burn calories while sitting in your chair.0
