I find it difficult to eat 1200 a day. I'm trying to get in an extra 2-300 by having a metabolism boost snack first thing in the morning. We'll see if that helps my weight loss...

I'm 6'1" and want to get to 180 to reach a healthy BMI. I'll probably go for more depending on how I look from there. I'm currently 198, so just 18 to go! I've lost 82 lbs since 2010, but kind of hit a wall. I've started HIIT and lifting recently, so hopefully that will help me burn it off!

I'm a sucker for fast food breakfast. Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and hash browns from McDs...or Hardees....love it.

1) People who don't wipe down their machines. 2) People who hog one machine forEVER. 3) The loud grunters...we get it...you're working hard, bro. 4) The people on their phone the whole time. If you can carry on a conversation or text on the treadmill, you're obviously not working hard enough.
