My weigh in day is not until Wednesday..but I did cheat a little and looked yesterday. I think I just had a lucky week two weeks ago, I was at 181.something, I haven't been that low since then. BUUT we will see on Wednesday. I also am starting to base my calories off of TDEE so we will see how that goes!

But I am still kind of confused to why I would lose weight from eating more calories (what you're saying around 1800) rather than my current around 1400, I just don't get how that happens.

I use a heart rate monitor for my exercising, I am on insanity now. Would I still add in my exercising on here for the extra calories or not? And is it bad if I don't eat that much everyday? It just seems like a lot.

YES. At any age children can feel fullness. There bodies know when they've had to much (Even babies, pushing away bottles). If there body is full don't make them eat more. BUT to make sure its not just being stubborn/picky, let them know when the next time they will eat is (lunch time/snack time, what ever you do) If they…

LOL! I agree with most people on here. I do tend to drink until my urine is clear, or almost clear, it shows you are not dehydrated, and if you are working your butt off exercising, you need to for sure stay hydrated!
