Weights and back problems, help please?
I have a pretty bad back, and ankles and knees and everything else really ha. But I've noticed that when I do step-up-step-down with weights (2 30 pound weights), the inside of my middle back kills me. I'm just holding the weights by my side. Any advice for this please? So I'll keep it simple. I have no idea how many carbs I should limit myself to. My automatic chart on MFP set me up for 191 per day, but when searching online it says a normal person should be eating 100-150 to maintain weight. My stomach feels like I ate a whole buffet plus dessert, but I actually just drank a lot of water. I am officially through week one!! Today is my first day off, but I feel weird about it, I feel like I should go workout, not necessarily insanity but even the elliptical or something. How insanity changes your weight..
So I just got done with week two of insanity, I am loving it! But the scale has not moved at all, if anything it has gone up a couple pounds. But for the first time I feel like my body is changing, how did your journey go/how is it going with weight verses body changes?
