Alright guys.
I've never been happy with my weight, but as of right now, I am by far the heaviest I've ever been. I have always been on and off of some kind of diet or exercise plan, but then I fall off. Although I don't look completely obese, I am. And although I've always loved that I have some curves, now I'm hating them because I can't get that weight out of my head. I just need to stay on track, I need to lose weight and actually keep it off. I want to be healthy and I want to be strong.
So I'm looking for advice. Maybe even an awesome accountability partner who would be willing to text back and forth each day to keep each other on track so if I'm feeling as though I don't want to go on myfitnesspal and stay accountable, I have to. I know other people have struggled with this before, so I'm looking for someone who has done it or knows how to get through this to give me some advice. Thank you in advance for your time, it really is so appreciated.

Prior to finding MFP, back in June 2014, your story could have been written by me. I was also, almost the heaviest I'd ever been and had developed other health issues.
I used it for a while then slipped again, life got in my way. But something stuck as I was able to maintain my weight at that time, without regaining.
Started to slip, weight creep started, so rejoined MFP, April 2016. Since then I haven't missed a day on MFP, not just logging on but keeping an accurate food journal. (653 day streak)(43.5lb total loss). Happy to share what has/is working for me. Add me as a friend if you would like me as an accountability friend on MFP.
