I know this is old, but I eat all my calories between 1pm-5pm......I know it doesn't work well for a lot of people, but being single it does for me and I think it nets the best results for eating in a 4hr window

just exercise til you die and don't hit the drive thrus everyday, and always monitor your weight......whatever your goal is, lose an extra 5lbs so you have a little wiggle room......

avoid fast food...................get your goals together and a set calories you need to meet your goals..........then pick a 4-6hr window and eat all your calories in it.....fast the rest of the time and staying busy til its time to eat again.....workout in your fast..............I do 1pm-5pm

hi my name is Billy,I just started this on 9/12. so far I really like this. I'm still kind of confused on calories on up days because the site says 3600, seems like alot lol

try keeping your calorie intake 100 a day fewer than your burned calories...., then if you can do more adjust it....you will see weight drop :-) I'm trying 200
