have some coconut oil with every meal, that will get you some calories and it won't hurt you at all.

cut your carbs down to 100 and make sure your calories are accurate and drink plenty of water.

cut your carbs in half and 1600 is a good number....avg 1500-1600 and don't eat your exercise cal back.....no need to log it good luck in however you do it.

calories, then carbs,sodium/sugar................................all the rest, doesn't really matter......most make a big deal out of protein, but really you get enough just from eating.
