you don't need to...................750 is better.....the closer you get to your goal, you won't be able to maintain 1000.......if you aim for 1.5loss and workout 5-6 days a week. then you're on a 2-3lb loss pace

make sure you weigh your scoop, because 1 scoop really isn't what the label says.......I know on mine it says 42g, when really its 32-35grams lol

i do pure protein from walmart.........make sure you weigh your scoop,usually off................I started cutting my carbs and watching my sodium and raising proteins up. I was looking at rmr chart............if you avg 1355 you definitely would lose..........I know it seems low.....you could always do 5:2 and just eat more 5 days a week.

when you lose alot of weight you will always have loose skin, when you reach your goal. you want to maintain the weight without losing or gaining for 5 or 6months and it will tighten up a little.........then after that only way is surgery.............lifting does help, but it will still be there.
