day 2 was the worst for me D: i fell asleep right after i finished haha. i'm on day 6 today (haven't done it yet but i will...) and level 1 is getting easier but level 2 looks terrifying.

I'm 5'2". My goal weight by May is 125. My mom says she thinks I could get down to 110 and still look good but I have a very young looking face. If I were 110 I feel like I would look like I'm in middle school when I'm in my early 20s lol.

School really is doom for weight loss :( I was a stick until I started college and realized that I could eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted...instead of the Freshman 15 I gained the Freshman 40. My weight has been up and down ever since. But I agree with purpleipod! Just think about what you're eating and monitor…

I did Day 2 yesterday and I was in serious pain all last night and this morning. I could barely walk lol. But I forced myself to do Day 3 today and then I ran on the elliptical/arc trainer at the gym and I feel fine!

I know I should mind my own business but those people annoy me! Mostly because at my gym they do all that, plus use the machines as chairs/couches and just SIT THERE for like 20 minutes. I would say something to them but I get nervous about confronting strangers :frown:
