I get really sick if I eat at McDonalds or any similar place. Smashburger on the other hand....or Red Robin....I could eat at those places daily (but I won't!)

The store I work at has mirrors everywhere and the one mirror across from the cash register is definitely a skinny mirror lol. But the one right next to it is a fat mirror D: I don't get why we have so many full sized mirrors as I work at Sunglass Hut...haha.

Some of you need to calm down and learn how to take a joke. This happened to me too in my last relationship. I think it's because we went out to eat a lot. Then when we broke up I lost it all and gained it all back...blahh :/

I know how you feel. I only have about 30 lbs to lose and I don't really "look" overweight but I have extra fat on my stomach and hips that I'd like to lose. I also need to adopt better eating habits and be healthier in general. That's what motivates me. (And cute clothes) :wink:

day 2 was the worst for me. it started to get easy for me around day 6. im on day 8 today (i skipped monday) and i think im starting with level 2. i've lost 2 inches off my waist already and my endurance has changed completely, even when i do other workouts :)

MFP doesn't calculate how many calories you burn if you log it like that...under cardiovascular search for "strength training" and put in how many minutes you did it for. I'm not sure if the calories burned they give you is accurate though, unless you have a HRM

I do both. I like cardio a whole lot more though because I love running, dancing, etc. I usually only see guys in the free weights section of my gym but yesterday I saw a lot of girls my age (early-mid 20's) and I was loving it! I wish I could afford the Y! I work at my local one in the summers..I teach art camp there so I get a free membership in the summer! But I can't work there during the other seasons because of school. I loved running on the arc trainer and watching Friends :(

My most embarrassing one is way too personal to share on a public message board. But there was the time a few weeks back when the button on my pants burst at work and I had to hold them together with a safety pin...I think around then was when I had my "a-ha" moment ;)

Looking at pictures of myself that my friends took at our holiday parties this year. I really didn't like the way I looked and I untagged most of them on Facebook hahaha. But I realized that nobody should be embarrassed about how they look or about their body and in order to change that, I have to change myself :)
