  • #40 Checking in again, decided while waiting to pick up my son last night from basketball practice to get in some extra work. So I hit the track and did some walking/ running for my 45 min. extra cardio part #2. I also got part #3 in today as I briskly walked 20 times up/down the large hill driveway at my mom's house while…
  • You look FABULOUS, congrats and keep workin' hard! Hugs, Christy
  • I am 5'7, this # was the most frustrating for me as I thought it should be lower too!
  • #40 Checking in- started back to gym last night and planned on starting slow since I had been sick 3 weeks in December but was able to do my 30 min. treadmill goal + 45 min extra for challenge. WOO HOO! Woke up this morning expecting to be really sore all over, but only thing a little sore were my knees which is great…
  • Thanks again to everyone for their supportive comments! You all know how to make a girl feel over the top! I think I have answered all questions posted, but if I missed any let me know and keep 'em coming as I am here to support and inspire as many as I can!
  • You can totally do it and need to for yourself! Let me know if I can help support you in anyway as I know what it's like to be standing alone at the bottom of the hill and trying to get to top!
  • Oh hun I have been there and I remember finding my inspiration from the "Wall of Fame at HitchFit" (this was where they posted everyone's before and after pics). It does make it so much easier when you can see someone else that was once standing where you are and makes that light at end of tunnel not seem so small and far…
  • You know we are our own worst critic and never look as bad as we perceive ourselves! You have accomplished so much losing 53 lbs and need to be proud, you are a new woman- rock that body! I look at these pics and still see areas I need to work on, but as women I guess we may never truly be satisfied. However I think that…
  • Awww thank you so much, this was such a fun day when I shot my after pics. When you shoot your before pics the trainers just does it, but on after day they bring in a professional photographer. Not to mention I had my two of my best girlfriends there that day to help with my make-up, hair, and to share the special day with…
  • LOL! I used to hate doing jumping jacks 16 weeks ago and my trainer would make me do them all the time. However I went from not being able to 1 minute of them to not minding doing multiple 1 minute intervals- besides beat some of other exercises she had me doing!
  • You are so welcome lady, I have been there and know how you feel! You can do it, BELIEVE in yourself and put yourself first for a change! I'm here to support you along the way!
  • Hope it's not too late to join! Name: Christy Dillman Starting Weight: 150 Goal Weight at the End of 90 Days: 135 Type of Workouts- cardio, running, weights, treadmill, elliptical

  • Way to go, you should be super proud! I know you will reach your goals, keep up the good work!
  • Speaking from someone that ate out everyday for lunch and dinner, I know where you are coming from and this was huge change for my family. i started my journey back in August and you can see my before and after pics in success stories thread. You just have to stop making excuses and do it, I know it's hard but you have to…
  • Yes 5 meals daily! At first this was really hard for me as I didn't think I could eat this much, but after awhile it became like clockwork. I was somewhat picky on my veggies and basically only ate broccoli and cauliflower for whole 16 weeks, but she did say green beans were OK just not to eat too much as they were higher…
  • Thanks so much, happy to share! For drinks I also did water or Crystal light packets in water were allowed. Some days I adapted and maybe had oatmeal in am and pm too. My main change was eating 5x daily and about every 3 hours with last meal being somewhere being between 7-8 pm. Getting enough sleep was also a key factor!…
  • I am actually 5'7". Body fat percentage was the most frustrating part for me as I could not understand why it was not falling as quickly as my other #'s. They did use calipers to measure my tricep, belly, and thigh- I think my overall # started at 144 and ended up around 99 (I think, don't have number in front of me). This…
  • I package of plain oatmeal made with water, add 1 tsp. of natural peanut butter and I have a protein drink made with water (I use Dymatize ISO-100 Chocolate flavor). If I am really in hurry just add some of protein powder to my oatmeal.
  • I don't know what my final # was but I lost 6 or 7 inches in my chest area, hubby tells me I have "12 year old boobies" now-LOL!
  • Wow that's a lot of step -ups and was one of my trainer's fave exercises for me, I would complain at 60 per leg. Now 16 weeks later I might have to give this a try!
  • Congrats to you, super proud of your success! Keep working hard and I know you will continue to reach your goals!
  • HOORAY lady, rock them new jeans! WTG on choosing the water over soda too! I remember when my trainer told me, girl you have to buy some new clothes and I told her not until I can buy a smaller size. I thought what the heck and stopped by WM on way home, tried on those smaller jeans and they fit- if people could have seen…
  • Thank you to everyone for your sweet comments, I appreciate each and every one of them. It's a long road and I know we can all achieve our goals! We just have to BELIEVE in ourselves and make the time to put us first! I am here to support and help anyone I can with their journey as I know what it's like to feel defeated…
  • I actually worked with a local personal trainer here in Kansas City at HitchFit gym, I chose to do in person training but they also do online programs all over the world and were voted #1 here. You can google their site and see the before and afters of many of their clients and be truly inspired- August celebrated their…
  • Thank you so much for your sweet compliments! I am 5"7. My stomach still has a ways to go, but we are getting there and it has come along way from where I started. Ab exercises were my weakness and broke me down several times throughout my training! My workouts with my trainer were very intense and she would pretty much…
  • Thank you so much! I know what it's like to need a kick in the behind and am so thankful for having such an awesome supportive hubby, family, and friends that helped me through process. So if I can help anyone else along their journey I will!
