I think when it comes to this site in particular it would be pretty distracting to the actual goal of the site. If I wanted to see naked people I can find it else where on internet or turn my computer chair around and tell my boyfriend to take off his pants.

I generally do about 700 for 2 hours of biking on pavement. The other day we did some real mountain biking and did 300 in 40 minutes but it was really muddy and that was with a lot of stops. (that is using a hrm) 1100 is probably pretty close if you consistently had your heart rate up.

They don't actually hurt that bad. They kind of feel like a harsh sunburn for a little while. While it's being done it feels like a cat scratch and the pain depends on where you get it. I actually fell asleep during my last one that was on a fleshy part of my back.

Look at it this way. Lets say you eat 1200 calories. You burn say 700 calories. So for the rest of the day you are expecting your body to run on 500 calories. I used my Ft4 in the pool. Just make sure you get the strap nice and tight so it doesn't pull away from your body while you are swimming. Like others have said keep it clean and don't push the buttons under water and you should be good.
