I have. Eat as close to 100% clean as possible. Eat your exercise calories. Have a "cheat" day every once in a while where you eat at or close to your maintenence calories. Eat when you genuinely feel hungry even if you will go over your goal. Unless you completely binge you will likely still have a deficit.

Water is the number 1 diet tool in my opinion. It keeps you hydrated. Helps with digestion. Helps you feel full without any extra calories. Helps your body detox. Helps move water soluble vitamins and minerals where they need to go. And that's just a few things. I literally drink at least a gallon of water a day.

I was between 160 and 170 when I was wearing 14s. Currently in an 8 or a 10 at 150ish depending on the way the pants are cut.

As long as you can fit it into your calorie an nutrient goals it doesn't matter how late you eat.

No . . . you don't. What you need is a balanced diet with a sufficient amount of protein to keep you sated. Why don't you save some calories for after dinner? Most days I'm up until at least 2 AM. I plan my meals accordingly and generally eat right up until 12AM - 1AM.

5ft 5.5" I've been down to 142 before and still wasn't happy with the way I looked an felt. Right now I'm shooting for 130. Then I want to bulk up to a lean 140. 18% - 20% body fat.
