  • I usually steep good quality fresh salmon fillets. It's a foolproof recipe for a guy like me :). Fill a pan with just enough water to cover the salmon. Take the salmon out. Bring the water to a boil. Put the salmon back in. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Set the timer for 11 minutes. Done!
