I did this for 2 months already back to back Dec 2012 and Jan 2013. This is what jump started my work outs and losing weight. I plan to start back next month. When I hit the 150 range my legs felt like rubber. I wish you all the best on this challenge and stand strong.

I'm going to tried to this for March - estimating 500 a week. I'm going to try to pull this off. Mar 1 Friday 37 mins Mar 2 Saturday 21 mins Mar 3 Sunday was 40 mins Today was 59 mins. Total of 157 mins so far. Nothing is going to break my stride, I got to keep on moving.

Les Mills Combat 53min Ultimate Warrior and 175 squats.

Les Mills - Cardio Ultimate Warrior - 53 mins. 10 mins of jogging 5mph 70 Squats. Still on my Squat Challenge. I have noticed a difference because of those squats. I was wearing a size 18, I brought some new skirts and pants and now I'm a size 14 - 16. I know the squats do work.

1hr work out kickboxing, 30 mins walk (out shopping), Jumping rope and now I'm not sleepy.

Beachbody Slim 6 is good. There is not a lot of jumping. You will need to use weights and resists bands. You will do a lot of squats. You will slim down with these DVDs.

I did Les Mills Ultimate warrior workout 60mins!!! I thought I was going to quit on this but I pushed and forced myself to complete this workout. I had to do a lot of shouting lol.
