  • Enjoy - I signed up for my first 5k on May 11th and have been wondering what I did to myself. But agreed it is a goal and motivation to keep me working out. Couch25k is a free app you can download. It is a two month program but you can maybe start half way and instead of working out 3 days a week try for 5 or 6. Good luck.
