An achilles injury kept me from going pro. :( Thought is was scar tissue on my tendon, but it was peripheral neuropathy. Felt the same...seizing up, hurt in the morning, sometimes couldn't put weight on it. 10mg of Imipramine daily cured it....a little too late. :(

Callouses on your hands? Dude! No. Sounds like you aren't wrapping your hands right. There should be no give in your wraps that makes them rub against your skin as you workout. Find a real boxing trainer or a pro to show you a good wrap. Must give a bit of compression for the hand, protect knuckles, and support wrist. That…

Depends how long your workout is. I do close to a 2 hour workout when all is said and done so I can't NOT eat before. If you are doing 45 minutes to an hour I think you would be fine as long as you replace after. I do a protein shake after also. I would agree with the girl who said you should eat really well the night…
