I have an open diary, feel free to add. I log everything, the good and the bad. ..sometimes my meals can make no sense, it's usually when I'm at a loss and just trying to get my calories in.

I'm at 4O/3O/3O as well. Each day is pretty different for me [my diary is open if you care to view it], but I do try not to go over any of my macros. 16 is awesome for 5 weeks, we're pretty much at the same loss rate.

I have it a bit easier because my SO isn't adverse to veggies and fruits. So a lot of things I / he makes, we can both partake in it. At the beginning of the week [lately] I make a stew and roast a bird [either chicken or turkey] and we both make / use it however we want during the week. Maybe try finding a few dishes both…

At the moment I want to have a small enough bum to be able to sit in the bath.

I usually do 12am-12am for logging instead of from when I wake to whenever it is I fall asleep because I sleep erratically. I make an exception on Fridays [or Saturdays] and log everything I had in my awake hours in one day, since my 'craziness' is only once a week, I want to confine it to that one day.

Yeah, MFP sets the protein too low. You can change it manually by going to goals > change goals > custom > and set the the carbs / protein / fat percents to 4O% / 3O% / 3O% [respectively].

I'd rather be flat [first signs of my bra cups getting 'bigger' and I was dancing]. My SO vehemently disagrees though, "Just make sure not to lose your boobs!".

Sadly, every time in the bathroom. Because it's there. The numbers don't affect me since I know weight can fluctuate during the course of a day, I just can't help satisfying my curiosity. edit:: I only take the number 'seriously' on my official weigh in day [Friday morning].

Try fitting in healthy calorie-dense items like avocados [250 cal per - Hass variety], nuts [1oz of dry roasted, unsalted almonds is 122 cal] or fish [1/2 filet of Atlantic salmon is 281 cal].

A cup of roasted chicken meat [chopped / shredded] on a whole wheat bagel with lettuce, roma tomato, cream cheese and a stalk of celery on the side [freakin' love celery].
