Yes. I have no expectations of having a perfect tight body by the end and I know that I'll still be infinitely happier and healthier at goal.. I just know I won't be 'in love' with my body, hopefully I'll just hate it a bit less.

Mine is about 2 - 3 lb difference between times. More if I ate something salty.

If I weren't with someone right now, I probably wouldn't date. I'd still be stuck in the 'no one could possibly love me' mindset. Glad to be wrong. Not everyone is going to turn you down based on looks, and those that do aren't worth your love in the first place.

Food scale is definitely worth investing in. I can't be trusted with chips and things (like actual meal food), so weighing them out helps. ..didn't really help me this morning; though I do know how much I ate, but! In the long run it does.
