Mine's open if you feel like looking. My calorie count is higher [2398 or -2O% of my TDEE] and I don't eat back exercise calories.

I have one and I have to step on and off a few times 'til it's accurate. And the 'C' comes up often. I've had it for a bit over a month, will probably exchange it.

Spices. I don't even add them to the recipes section [I tend to eyeball rather than measure] or taste test / "TASTE THIS!" bites. I'll log everything else.

My SO tells me to go into the living room and exercise. Sounds bad, but I told him to do it if I'm avoiding it [which is nearly every morning]. I have trouble listening to myself to do something, but I'll do it easily if someone else asks / tells me to do something. I never knew my people pleasing ways could actually work…

So far I've only gone down a band size. Hoping I'll lose at least a few cup sizes, I have a long way to go though, so it's still entirely possible.

I just ordered a sports bra [46DD, here] from www.barenecessities.com. It's still in the middle of being shipped, so there's no feedback I can give on the actual bra yet but, they have a plethora of sizes.

I pre-log in the morning [2am-ish]. I go to bed, wake up and there's no need to think about anything. I only have to amend a few things if someone's eaten the fruit I wanted or chicken I was planning to have.

Since starting this lifestyle change [though I cut out a lot of processed food before this] I've been having a lot of fun learning new recipes and 're-creating' old ones. And what I'm eating now, is pretty much what I ate before, but better knowledge of portion control has made most of the difference.

I'm only on my fourth day, but so far I feel better. Last week I didn't lose [scale-wise], this week I lost 1.8lb. Not really conclusive so far, but I prefer it.

I normally have a protein shake around 1Opm and tea with fruit at 2:45am [I'm in bed around 4 or 5 or 6 and then up at noon].

Brisket. Chili sauce [corn syrup free]. Ketchup [corn syrup free]. Apples. Oranges. ..that's all I have for now. Might change my mind about the brisket and make a lasagna instead [and roast a chicken].

Take pictures. You may not notice a difference when looking into a mirror, looking at the befores and afters side by side is the best way to notice the differences.
