  • I don't know if this rumor is true, but for you real diet soda addicts....theres this soda called diet rite that I get sometimes. It's made with splenda (instead of aspartame) and has 0 sodium.
  • I have just the opposite problem...but thats probably because I have to pack a lunch for school, and a lot of the low fat sugar free etc stuff I pack has a fair amount of carbs.....

  • I do, and I find that most of my sodium comes from packaged, pre made foods, so my suggestion would be to avoid them at all costs, and if you do need to eat them check the sodium before you eat it, and you can also avoid going over early by pre logging foods before you eat, thats what I do!
  • I said I was going to work out 5 days a week for 45 mins and my calories burned goal was 314 calories. thats way less than I burn daily. Go onto you're goals and check for this if you're concerned but if they only figured in 314 calories for that much time spent exercising I just dont think thats it

  • Big time yeah! I carry my food scale around with me and Ive even called my mother to find out what the brand of bread I used was at her boyfriends house! They all make fun of me! But oh well, I think that all those people are just jealous that they cant loose weight too.
  • Like I said, the salad dressings are loaded with sodium, but if your in a rush its better to order the salad then to order something else.
